Twitter Entry

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. How To Enter:

There are 2 ways to enter: (1) On Twitter: Between December 2 and December 4, 2013 “Sweepstakes Period”) follow instructions @bose [https://twitter.com/Bose] on Twitter, re-tweet the tweet and follow Bose. Tweet must contain the hashtag [#FestivalMemories]. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the Twitter account used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a username by Twitteroom. Participants must enter using only a Twitter.com account subscribed to and registered in his/her name. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the username /Twitter Account associated with the winning entry. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. (2) Mail in Entry: To enter by mail in entry, participant must fill out a 3X5 post card with participant’s name, address, telephone number and email address and mail postage paid to: Bose Corporation, The Mountain, Framingham, MA 01701 Attn: Live Nation Twitter Sweepstakes. Mail in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misplaced, illegible, mutilated, incomplete or undelivered entries and such entries will be deemed invalid. Limit one entry per person, All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Registrations must be received by 11:59 PM ET on December 4, 2013. Mail in entries must be postmarked by 11:59 PM ET on December 4, 2013.

2. Drawings:

Winners will be selected via random drawings from among all eligible entries, on December 10, 2013. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (1) a potential winner’s failure to respond to notification promptly after its transmission; (2) the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) a potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, and residency; (4) a potential winner’s failure to validly claim the prize by December 24, 2013 and (5) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of prize forfeiture, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Winners will be notified by via direct message, and will be required to respond via direct messaging with their contact information, and to complete a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) that must be returned and received within 14 days of the date emailed or mailed to the potential winner, or an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of participants received for the original drawing.

3. Prizes:

1 Prize: The prize consists of (1) Sasquatch Guitar signed by various artists, and (1) HARD Vinyl signed by various DJ’s. and (1) Faster Horses Drum Head signed by Florida Georgia Line, Chris Young, and various artists, and (1) Music Midtown Guitar signed by ZZ Ward and various artists.”) (All items collectively referred to as the “Prize”). The approximate aggregated Retail Value of Prize is One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($`1350). Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the value of the prize won. Each prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of the prize won. No substitutions for prizes, except by Sponsor as may be due to unavailability. If originally offered prize is unavailable at the time of award, Sponsor may substitute an item of comparable or additional specifications. Winners are responsible for all costs or expenses not specifically exempted herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a sweepstakes prize are dependent upon the total number of entries received.

4. Eligibility:

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (except residents of Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and all other US Territories and Possessions and all overseas Military Installations) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. Not open to employees and their families (spouses, parents, children/siblings and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household) of Bose Corporation or Live Nation and their affiliates, subsidiaries, participating retailers, advertising and production agencies. Entrants consent to the use of their registration information in accordance with the Bose privacy policy [http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/customer_service/site_help/index.jsp#privacy_rights]. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Sponsor and judging organization are not responsible for typographical errors in any promotion-related materials, or for any individual's inability to enter this promotion, including but not limited to unavailable network, server, or other connections; failed software or hardware transmissions; other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, including lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries; or for any damage to any computer related to or resulting from participation. Multiple entries and those generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the promotion should any of the foregoing occurrences corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the sweepstakes. In the event that the promotion is cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to those listed above, winners will be determined via random drawings from entries received up to the time of cancellation.

By entering, each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, Live Nation, their promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and respective employees or officers from and against any and all losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, injuries, actions and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to (i) entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)). Prize winners assume all liability for any injury, death or damage caused or allegedly caused in whole or in party by participating in this Sweepstakes or receipt, use or redemption of the prize.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Twitter. Twitter does not endorse this promotion in any way.Twitter is not a sponsor or an administrator of this promotion, nor are they affiliated or associated with the promotion or responsible for fulfillment of prizes. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any rules or guidelines required byTwitter.

6. Dispute Resolution:

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

7. Winners List:

For the names of the winners, send a standard-size postcard, only, with your return address to: Bose Corporation, The Mountain, Framingham, MA 01701 Attn: Madison Dennis. Requests must be received by December 31, 2013. Names of winners will be available only after winners have been verified and prizes officially awarded. Do not send entries or other correspondence to this address.
